Have You Used Hair Rusk

Hair Rusk is a recently growing high-end hair shampoo that offers more then just a normal shampoo. It is a new generation hair shampoo I conducted a review of the product for effectiveness starting by ordering it and using it, no me but my 15 year old daughter.

After the first bottle she was very impressed so I got 5 more different types of Hair Rusk shampoo and gave them to her friends to try. I just received the last of the feedback and wanted to give you an honest Hair Rusk shampoo review.

Hair Rusk shampoo has 5 different types of hair shampoo, Coral Therapy, Deep Shine, Designer Collection, Pro Elements and Sensories. Each has it’s own unique blends of botanical ingredients with a new Compressed Formula Technology. The compressed formulas expand with just a little water and gentle manipulation, making a little hair product go a long way. You can use less while getting the all the botanical benefits for your hair.

Each product reportedly was very successful in adding volume and shine but the main compliment was how soft each product made their hair. With the wide Rusk hair care product line each product is designed to specifically help with each hair problem you may be having.

While the Pro Elements restores, revitalizes, and renews with natural keratin, vitamins and essential nourishing emollients to help prevent breakage and add renewed strength the Hair Rusk Designer Collection allows you to combining and intermix each product to create a designer cocktail for a variety of effects with totally unique results.

Rusk hair care products are for anyone with a sense of new wave style and a demand for top quality in hair care products

Where To Buy Provillus in Canada

Getting Provillus hair loss treatment in Canada is hard because it is restricted unless you buy it in Canada at keepmyhair.ca. The reason is Minoxidol 5% which is the topical solution used in Provillus requires a prescription in Canada. Customs has stopped many shipments of Provillus into Canada and the consumer is out their product with no money back. Ordering Provillus from the USA posses a great risk of being caught with a restricted substance like marijuana, or pain killers without a prescription.

The safest way to get Provillus in Canada is to buy it in Canada already as it has passed customs and will not be restricted because it will not have the minoxidil 5% with it. Provillus for Men and Provillus for women are available in Canada from a trusted source called keepmyhair.ca that has many other proven hair loss products that have come from the USA with No Duty or Customs fees.

Provillus hair loss treatment is so popular because it is effective in stopping thinning hair and hair loss for both men and women. Many doctors will tell you that Dihydrotestosterone (DTH) is one of the major component that is present in the body that causes hair loss. When the amount of DTH increases it will lead to thinning hair then uncontrolled loss of hair. Provillus inhibits the formation of these hormones. As Provillus concentrates more on the root cause rather than the symptom, the hair loss treatment is very effective. Moreover the use of Provillus has no side effects unlike the other hair loss products and it is completely safe to use.

Hair loss in men has always been the main concern but now statistic show an increase in hair loss in women in Canada.  This in turn increases a rise in hair loss products in Canada because with new technology some have been tested and proven to be effective.

Hair transplants are very expensive and time consuming when there are proven hair loss products on the market like Provillus now that offer and easier, cheaper alternative to hair transplants.

Stop Thinning Hair Before It All Falls Out

Thinning Hair in Men

Fact is 40% of men under the age of 35 experiencing hair thinning. The thinning hair usually starts on the vertex or crown of the scalp or the receding hairline.

Most hair loss treatment do not focus on the receding hair line because it is very hard to stop hair loss in this area of the scalp. Thinning hair starts when a testosterone called dyhydrotestosterone (DHT) begins to choke the follicle and starving it of the required nutrients it needs to grow hair. DHT travels to the hair follicle through the blood stream mainly and attaches itself to the tiny receptors that feed the follicle from the inside. The next problem that causes thinning hair is Sebum, this is the oily substance that the scalp produces and is required to keep out hair soft and shinny. DHT also excretes onto the scalp within the Sebum and starts to clog the follicle from the outside, now you hair hasn’t got a chance.

Thinning Hair in Women

Fact is 40% of women over the age of 40 will be experiencing hair thinning. The causes of thinning hair in women are a bit different and a bit more complicated then men. Women start to see thinning hair all over the scalp while men displays a definite pattern, usually in the receding hairline or the vertex. There can be many causes for thinning hair in woman and it is important to do some research or consult your doctor to get a diagnosis before wasting your money to treat the condition.

Certain conditions such as pregnancy, childbirth, overactive thyroid and menopause can affect the hormone balance and these can all contribute to thinning hair. Other factors that can cause thinning hair in women can be everyday grooming and the use of extreme hair treatments such as colorants, perms and hot oil treatments. These can have a reaction to the scalp causing damage to the hair follicles themselves.

Stop Thinning Hair Before It Leads To Hair Loss

The earlier the better is the key to stopping thinning hair. Thinking of a house fire, if it’s a small fire in the kitchen you can renovate and get your kitchen back. If the fire isn’t put out soon enough then there is nothing you can do but tear down the whole house. When hair is thinning it can be stopped and in some cases if the follicle is not completely dead it can be revived. Once the hair follicle is dead there is really no chance of reviving it to get it back again.
Available Treatments

There are a many different hair loss treatments and re-growth treatments available for both men and women these days but you have to be careful what you are buying. Not all hair loss products are proven to regrow hair or even stop hair from becoming thinner. Always look for a proven hair loss treatment like Advecia, and ProFollica have been proven to work on the receding hair line but also work for women with thinning hair. Products like Provillus for men, Provillus for women and Procerin focus on thinning hair and for men specifically the vertex of the scalp..
Treatments can come as a topical solution that is applied right to the scalp directly or a supplement that is taken daily.

One of the main treatments that can stop thinning hair and stimulate growth is a topical solution containing an ingredient called Minoxidil. Minoxidil is known as the brand name Rogain and is FDA approved to stop thinning hair and regrow hair. There are also several shampoos for thinning hair that work by removing damaging chemicals left by hair sprays and the DHT found in the Sebum. Hair vitamin supplements are the most popular choice because there are usually no side effects and they provide the body with all the required vitamins that have been proven to stop hair loss, such as B6, biotin, magnesium, saw palmetto and horsetail.
Prescription medication such as Finasteride, and Minoxidil 5% are clinically proven to stop thinning hair but only works for men and these do have unpleasant side effects such as scalp irritation or sexual side effects.

Disguising Thinning Hair

It is always recommended to use any hair thinning or hair loss treatment for a min of 6 – 12 months before results can be seen. During this period there are a few proven products and techniques that can be used to make the existing hair look thicker and healthier. Mirage hair building fibers is new product that is sprayed on the thinning areas and instantly your hair becomes thicker. Hair loss conditioners can thicken the hair shafts by as much as 300% and blow-drying hair can also be used to make thinning hair look allot thicker.

Hair loss treatments are now much more effective than they were even five years ago and it is now possible to stop thinning hair in the majority of all cases.

How to Analyse Hair Loss Treatment Reviews

There was a time when people wrote reviews to help other consumers decide for or against a product. Today, many write their own hair loss treatment reviews to promote their own products, rather than point out the ones that work. So, how do you separate the review that helps from the review that harms? Here are some tips.

1. Read up on the product. Don't be content with one review. Read several! You can learn a wide variety of information about various products from the hair loss treatment reviews you read. Typically, a review begins with the types of ingredients, but you can learn other information as well. For instance, you could learn about what those ingredients actually do, where they originate, and so on. This will help you make up your mind which product to try and which product to avoid. You don’t have need to earn a PhD in chemistry or even be able to pronounce the products like a scientific guru. You just need to read.

2. Determine how well products can protect you from the environment. When reading hair loss treatment reviews, of course it’s important to determine how well the products function in preventing your locks from falling out. However, you should also determine how well it can protect you from the damaging effects of your environment. This will further help to prevent the shedding of tresses. Various environmental factors exist, including UV rays from the sunlight. Although you’ve heard it a million and one times, prevention is indeed better than cure.

3. Consider how “green” the products are. Contrary to Kermit the Frog’s song, sometimes it’s easy being ‘green.” In addition to the ingredients themselves, various other aspects of products can be ‘green.” Not only are green products better for you, but they’re better for the planet as well. You can consider various matters. Do they avoid animal testing? Is the packaging biodegradable? Do the products originate from indigenous societies? These are just a few of the matters that can make a product “green.”

4. Consider how well companies have tested products. It’s important that the manufacturers of the products have thoroughly tested them. If you’re interested in products whose testing hasn’t involved animals, look for this information on the packaging. While various types of advertising can be informative or even fun, it’s important for you to be assured that a product will treat your locks well and prevent others from falling out. Solid scientific testing is the answer.

These are just some of the tips to keep in mind while reading hair loss treatment reviews. Use them to lock in on the products that are best for your personal needs.

One Reason for Women To Loose Hair Is Menopause

There are many reasons for hair loss and one reason for women to loose their hair is menopause.

Most men and women will naturally experience some type of hair loss, as they get older. But age, changing hormones and heredity cause some to lose more hair than others. The result can be thinning hair to total baldness, known as alopecia (al-o-PEE-she-uh).

Menopause slows the rate at which the female hormone estrogen and androgen are produced and there is actually less estrogen being created then there is androgen and it it’s this imbalance that initiates hair loss.

Women need more of the female hormone estrogen to keep hair growing on their heads, which is why more men suffer from hair loss then women. All women have the male hormone testosterone, which reacts with an enzyme called 5 alpha-reductase to create another hormone called DHT, or DiHydrotestosterone, which strangles the hair follicle and keeps hair from growing your head.

Anything that affects estrogen levels will affect how well your hair grows. Most women, who are struggling with menopause, see many different symptoms, including thinning hair, have turned to hormone replacement therapy, or HRT. The dangers here is that HRT has many side effects, including an increased risk of cancer, heart disease, blood clots, and strokes. A study conducted by the National Institute of Health back in 1991 by the to determine benefits and risks of HRT was cancelled in 2002, after it was found that HRT increased a woman's chances of developing ovarian cancer and breast cancer.

Because there is a relationship between hair loss and menopause what can be done about it?

Some home remedies recommendations that can help:

  • Start eating more fruits and vegetables and ensure the hair follicles are getting the proper nutrients needed to support healthy hair. See hair loss vitamins.
  • Reduce the amount of chemicals you put on your hair. Try switching to botanical hair care products.
  • Protecting you hair from the sun, which can stress your hair.

Hair loss treatment options:

  • Topical 2% minoxidil. This is applied it twice a day to your scalp. Results are usually seen after 5 - 6 months. It’s recommended to take a DHT blocking, hair vitamin along with the minoxidil to provide the follicle with the required nutrients and remove DHT. This will reverses the shrinking process of hair follicles and encourages hair growth.
  • Hair replacement systems. Although this method is very expensive and works best for women with mild to moderate hair loss. You must have healthy scalp to have this procedure done.
  • Wigs and hair weaves.
  • You may want look into Soy isoflavones which have estrogenic effects (without the risk of synthetic HRT) and have helped many women's hair thinning problems.
  • Talk to your doctor about bio-identical hormone replacements.

Just Reviewed A Laser Treatment For Hair Loss

I just finished doing a review of a Laser comb used to treat hair loss. The neat thing about this product was that I didn't believe it would even work so I really demanded some cold hard evidence and I see now was wrong for being skeptical. Let me explain what I learned.

Laser energy actually stimulates blood flow to the hair follicle which is very important for the dermal papilla, which is responsible for hair growth. It does this by increased vascularization and an increase in cellular metabolism which in turn revitalizes the follicle. This for course make the hair stronger and brings the dormant hair back to life. Why it is becoming so popular is that it has a one time fee of around $300 - $400 and thats it for life. If find other laser combs cheaper be careful of what you buying. I would certainly recommended this Laser Comb.

HAIR LOSS SEVERITY CHART

The first chart is relevant to Male Pattern Baldness or Hair Loss.

The most commonly used and recognized chart for male pattern baldness is the Norwood-Hamilton scale, which categorizes various stages of hair loss for men. (See scale Below).

If your going to stop hair loss you have to know what type of hair loss you have first. Not all hair loss products will work in every area of the scalp. Most hair loss products focus only on the vertex or the crown of the scalp, seen in pictures 3V, 4. Once you have hair loss as seen in pictures 5 and 5V its harder to get hair to regrow because the follicle is most likely dead at this stage of hair loss. In this case you want to use a hair loss product that will stop further hair loss like Retane , Inhairit Topical or a product that uses minoxidil like Provillus .
